Shipping Policy

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping: $9.99
Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $500 or more.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our delivery area for a $10 fee. Local delivery is not included in the free shipping offer.

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an update. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Élara Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us so the shipment can be reviewed and, when applicable, a claim can be initiated with the carrier.

Élara Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review all billing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
